Needed That Return and Refund Policy

To request a return, email marcuswashington325@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your request.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Customers pay return shipping for these returns. No restocking fee applies.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with a description and photos if available. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping. The unused-item requirement does not apply to defective goods.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send returns to the address on the shipping label unless we confirm it.

After receiving and inspecting a return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

To request cancellation before shipment, email us as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun. If we cannot supply your order, we will refund the unfulfilled portion.

These terms do not limit your rights under applicable law.
